When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your luggage or accessories are on their way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Do CALPAK products come with a warranty?
Yes, our hard-shell luggage and select travel bags come with a limited 1-year or 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I clean my luggage?
For hard-shell suitcases, we recommend using a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. For fabric bags, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is best to maintain the material integrity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping destinations to more countries in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. You can attempt to cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting our support team, but it is not guaranteed.
