We want you to love your CALPAK products, so we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place your unused items in their original box with all tags attached and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of arrival.
